A week ago I made a horrible peach tart. Just awful. Something went wrong. I’m not sure what – I’ll have to think about that a little more. In any case, being an inexperienced cook, I really was dumbfounded as to what to do with it next. I had contributed my time and labor of love to make this thing, it turned out horribly, now what? What did I do wrong? How can I avoid it in the future?
Hence this website. When it goes wrong in my kitchen, you’ll hear about it. When I figure out why I went wrong, you’ll hear about it too. Hopefully you also will give me general advice, but as I have little hope that people actually will read this – this is more therapeutic for me than it is anything else – don’t feel too pressured to do that.
